What basic functions do you need for a 350kw diesel generator set plus an automatic cabinet?

As a backup power source, the automated 350kw diesel generator set should have the following basic functions:

1) Three start functions

The diesel generator has three start functions. If the first start is unsuccessful, it will start again after a delay of 10 seconds. If the second start is unsuccessful, the third start after the delay. If there is one success in three starts, it will run according to the preset procedure; if it is unsuccessful after three consecutive starts, it will be regarded as one start failure, and an audible and visual alarm signal will be issued, and another unit can be controlled at the same time.

2) Automatically maintain the exstart state

The diesel generator can automatically maintain the exstart state. At this time, the automatic periodic pre-fueling system of the unit, the automatic heating system of oil and water, and the automatic charging device of the battery are put into operation.

3) With maintenance boot function

When the diesel generator is not started for a long time, a maintenance start can be performed to check the performance and status of the unit. The maintenance startup does not affect the normal power supply of the mains. If there is a mains failure during the maintenance startup, the system will automatically switch to the normal startup state and be powered by the unit.

4) It has two operation modes: manual and automatic.

5) Automatic start

When the mains fails (power failure, undervoltage, overvoltage, phase loss), the unit can automatically start, automatically increase speed, automatically close, and supply power to the load.

6) Automatic shutdown

When the utility power is restored, after the judgment is normal, the switch is controlled to complete the automatic switching from power generation to the mains, and then the unit is decelerated and the idle operation is automatically stopped after 3 minutes of idle running.

7) Automatic protection

During the operation of the 350kw diesel generator set, if the oil pressure is too low, overspeed, abnormal voltage failure, the emergency stop, and sound and light alarm signal, if there is high water temperature, high oil temperature failure. Then an audible and visual alarm signal is issued, and after a delay, it stops normally.
