Design and implementation of electronic speed regulator for Cummins power diesel generator. This article designs a speed control system for a certain diesel generator and elaborates on the overall design of the control system. The control system consists of an analog electronic speed controller and an ARM-based monitoring and management system. It can achieve stable and effective regulation of the diesel engine's speed and is a full-featured comprehensive control system. This paper mainly conducts research from the following three aspects:

1. Using analog electronic technology, an analog circuit speed regulating circuit is designed. This speed regulating circuit has good reliability and at the same time has strong regulating quality.

2. A diesel generator monitoring and management system was developed based on the S3C2440 ARM9 processor and Linux embedded software platform. First, Linux device driver technology is used to complete the interface design between the digital part and the diesel engine analog regulation circuit, so that it can work better with the analog electronic circuit. In addition, a visual and digital human-computer interaction interface was developed based on the QT GUI development platform for system configuration, operation monitoring, and operation data management.

When the load of the engine decreases, the rotational speed increases. The increase in rotational speed leads to an increase in the circulating oil supply of the plunger pump. The increase in the circulating oil supply causes the rotational speed to further increase. This continues a vicious cycle, causing the engine rotational speed to become higher and higher. Finally, On the contrary, when the load increases, the rotational speed decreases, and the decrease in rotational speed leads to a reduction in the circulating oil supply of the plunger pump, which in turn causes a further decrease in the rotational speed. This continues a vicious cycle, causing the engine rotational speed to become lower and lower. Finally turn off the flame. The speed characteristics of the diesel engine itself cannot meet the requirements of most driven machinery because its torque curve is relatively flat. When the external resistance torque changes slightly, the diesel engine speed will fluctuate greatly. This is detrimental to the normal operation of the diesel engine and its driven machinery. Therefore, the diesel engine needs to be equipped with a speed regulator. The speed regulator can automatically adjust the fuel supply amount according to changes in external resistance torque, thereby keeping the diesel engine stable at the required speed. operation.
