1.1 Precautions during handling

Diesel generator equipment must be handled with the same care as other electrical equipment

Especially during transportation, avoid vibration, subversion or water immersion

When hoisting, choose a steel cable with sufficient strength and a sling for overall hoisting. You cannot only use individual rings for tilting hoisting, and avoid collision damage during hoisting.

When using a forklift, the capacity of the forklift should be sufficient, and the position of the center of gravity should be confirmed

1.2 Generator and generator disc

The cable wiring must comply with the specification requirements, and the machine equipment must be grounded

Insulation materials should not be aged or damaged

The generator should be installed in a dry place, and if there are traces of water immersion, it should be fully dried, and it can only be started after confirming the insulation performance.

The setting direction of the power switch is open towards the load direction of the generator, and close in the opposite direction

When the power line is very long or there is a capacitor circuit, special attention must be paid because the power is still charged after the power is cut off.

Before checking the circuit, use a detector to confirm whether there is residual electricity

Fences should be fenced and "Danger" signs should be placed in places accessible to general personnel

1.3 diesel engine

(a) The fuel for diesel engines is diesel

When there is flammable gas nearby when diesel oil leaks, it is very dangerous to turn on and off the power switch or start the engine in an unventilated machine room, and it should be dealt with immediately and ventilated

(b) When checking the engine, the control power supply and battery power supply must be cut off first, and the start key must be removed from the start switch

(c) When the safety protection device operates to stop the engine, it cannot be restarted until the cause is clearly investigated.

(d) The exhaust of the engine is harmful to the human body. If the exhaust leakage in the machine room is serious, it should be dealt with immediately. The exhaust outlet should be far away from the channel, and care should be taken to avoid inhalation into the room from the vent.

(e) Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited when using fuel

The same is true in the operation of batteries, especially when charging, explosive gas will be generated.

(f) Different regions and countries have different safety regulations for fuel handling and storage. Generally, local regulations should take precedence

(g) The convenience of maintenance should be taken into consideration when installing the generator, and it should be easy to operate the following components
